ContinuousReader and JustReader do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking, no advertising. Your reading habits are your own.
All app data is stored locally on your device:
When you enable iCloud sync in ContinuousReader, the following data is synchronized through your personal iCloud account:
This data travels between your devices through Apple's iCloud infrastructure, under your Apple ID. The developer has no access to your iCloud data. You can disable iCloud sync at any time; your library continues to work locally.
The apps access the network only when:
No network access occurs during reading. Translation uses Apple's on-device Translation framework — nothing leaves your device.
The apps do not integrate any third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking services. The only external dependency is Apple's own frameworks (iCloud, Translation).
The apps do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. The apps themselves do not collect data, so changes would only reflect new features (like optional cloud services).
